RSMD Consorcio Constructivo Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable, y en base al Plan Estatal de Desarrollo 2016-2022 y en los programas que de él se derivan, suscribió con el Gobierno de Quintana Roo (Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico) un Memorándum de Entendimiento respecto al proyecto denominado Centro Logístico de Almacenamiento y Distribución de alimentos de Chetumal, Central de Abasto de Chetumal. Dicho Memorándum suscrito, que además se había visto favorecido por el Acuerdo de Estímulos Fiscales, de la Secretaría de Finanzas y Planeación, para el fortalecimiento del Centro Logístico, concluyó en las pertinentes Licencias de obras, estando actualmente en el estado constructivo de movimiento de tierras, y siendo la ejecución del meritado proyecto, una realidad que a todos nos complace enormemente.
Las sinergias generadas con el Gobierno de Quintana Roo están más que consolidadas manejando actualmente ya en segunda instancia, y en el marco del Programa de desarrollo del Estado, la adjudicación y para el norte del Estado de un proyecto de Mercado de Abasto replicado del que ya somos titulares y estamos desarrollando en Chetumal, la adjudicación en Consorcio con Pemex de Centros de Almacenamiento y Distribución de derivados en puntos estratégicos del Estado, y el desarrollo de numerosas plazas hoteleras Premium que consolide un turismo de calidad en toda la zona, amén de un village market outlet en el Norte de la Región y otras estratégicas adjudiciaciones en desarrollo tales como el Parque Industrial de Chetumal.
Esta extraordinaria, ya no apuesta, sino realidad, del Estado de Quintana Roo, en nuestra compañía, nos condujo a la búsqueda de nuevas fórmulas de inversión en la primera plaza financiera del mundo, Luxemburgo, siendo el germen de nuestro Grupo Holding, y convirtiéndonos así en el primer puente consolidado de inversión Luxembourg-México.

RSMD Consorcio Constructivo Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable, based on the State Development Plan 2016-2022 and the programs derived from it, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Quintana Roo (Secretariat of Economic Development) regarding the project called Chetumal Food Storage and Distribution Logistics Center, Chetumal Supply Center. Said signed Memorandum, which had also been favored by the Fiscal Incentive Agreement of the Ministry of Finance and Planning, for the strengthening of the Logistics Center, concluded with the relevant Construction Licenses, currently in the construction state of earthworks, the execution of the aforementioned project being a reality that pleases us all enormously.
The synergies generated with the Government of Quintana Roo are more than consolidated, currently handling in the second instance, and within the framework of the State Development Program, the awarding and for the north of the State of a replicated Supply Market project of which we are already owners and are developing in Chetumal, the award in Consortium with Pemex of Storage and Distribution Centers for derivatives in strategic points of the State, and the development of numerous Premium hotel spaces that consolidate quality tourism in the entire area, as well as a village market outlet in the North of the Region and other strategic awards in development such as the Chetumal Industrial Park.
This extraordinary reality, not bet, of the State of Quintana Roo, in our company, led us to the search for new investment formulas in the first financial center of the world, Luxembourg, being the germ of our Holding Group, and thus becoming the first consolidated bridge of Luxembourg-Mexico investment.
